Withdraw from contract
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Digital content
EU/UK Customers: By purchasing and downloading this digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been made available.
This shop sells digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Once you have given that consent and the download has been made available, the right of withdrawal is lost. We cannot check that a file was deleted after download.
When you can still withdraw
You can withdraw if the download has not been made available yet, or if you did not give the consent above. Send the declaration below, or email us. A clear statement is enough. You do not have to use this form.
